2. Check the label on the back of the printer to make sure the voltage required by the printer matches that of your electrical outlet. Also, make sure that you have the correct power cable for your power source. Q Caution: It is not voltage. If the power cord is not attached to the printer, connect it to the AC inlet on the back of the printer. 4. Plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet. Installing the Ink Cartridge Each ink cartridge contains enough ink to print about 700 pages. The exact number of pages a single cartridge can print varies according to the amount of text and graphics on each page- e Caution: The ink cartridge is a self-contained unit. Under normal circumstances, ink will not leak from the cartridge. lf ink does get on your hands, wash them thoroughly with soap-and water. lf ink gets into your eyes,ftush them immediately with water.
