Solving Scanning Problems, Scanner Does Not Turn On or Turns Off Unexpectedly

Light status The ready light and the Wi-Fi light are flashing alternately The ready light and the Wi-Fi light are flashing at the same time The Wi-Fi light is flashing The low battery light is on Condition/solution The scanner firmware is updating. Do not turn off the scanner or disconnect any cables until the status lights have stopped flashing. The product is in a standby state for a Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) connection. A paper is jammed. Reload the original. If the lights continue to flash, a scanner error may have occurred. Turn the scanner off and then back on again. If the error continues, contact Epson for support. An AOSS error has occurred. Retry the connection. The batteries are running low. Make sure you have replacement batteries available.
