Fluke 190 Series II Users Manual 4 After completing the first step the New Hardware Wizard will start again to install the USB Serial Port Driver. Click 'Next' to install the software automatically. Windows will download the drivers automatically from the Windows Driver Distribution Center on the internet. If there is no connection to the internet, you need to load the CD-ROM, supplied with the ScopeMeter, which contains the drivers. 5 Follow the instructions on screen. When the driver finished installation click 'Finish' to complete the final step of the driver installation.
