Fluke 190 Series II Users Manual Notes 1) Sometimes application software may require a different port number. (for example in the range Com 1..4). In this situation the COM port number can be changed manually. To manually assign a different COM port number right click on 'Fluke USB Serial Port COM(5)' and select properties. From the Properties menu, select the Port Settings tab, and click 'Advanced...' to change the port number. 2) Sometimes other applications installed on the PC automatically occupy the newly created port.
