System Information This sub-menu is used to set up the standard BIOS features, such as the date, time, floppy drive and so on. The three fields of the setting are : : respectively. ► IDE Master / Slave While entering setup, BIOS automatically detects the presence of IDE devices. ► SATA1# / SATA2# / SATA3# / SATA4# / SATA5# / E-SATA# When OnChip SATA Type is set to [Native IDE], while entering setup, BIOS automatically detects the presence of SATA devices. SATA1# is the lower SATA port of SATA1_SATA2 of the motherboard. SATA2# is the upper SATA port of SATA1_SATA2. SATA3# is the lower SATA port of SATA3_SATA4. SATA4# is the upper SATA port of SATA3_SATA4. SATA5# is the lower SATA port of SATA5_ESATA. E-SATA# is the upper SATA port of SATA5_ESATA. ► Floppy A This option allows you to select which kind of the Floppy Disk Drive is installed in your system. 22
