7.1 Q&A 7. Q&A Q︰I am trying to install the GSmart MD800 onto another computer, but the software installation window is not open, nor is there an icon in My Computer, what can I do? A︰Vista / XP Click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager > Universal Series Bus controllers. Right-click USB Mass Storage Device and choose Enable. GSmart MD800 should now appear as a CDROM USB Device. The Install Shield Wizard should start to run automatically. If it does not, click on the MD800 ExpressCard icon in My Computer Q: Why does the main screen display No SIM card? A︰ Make sure that GSmart MD800 and SIM card are plugged in or inserted correctly.
