Getting Started 1.1 Software Installation System requirement Wireless function works with the following versions of the Windows® Operating system: z Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) 32-bit (x86) z Windows Vista™; 32-bit (x86) Software Installation The process and appearance of certain software elements in Windows Vista will be somewhat different in XP. These differences are minor and should not limit the functionality of MD800. New Hardware Detection: Windows XP Once MD800 is connected, a dialog box should pop-up from the Toolbar Hardware Connection Icon. The device will be identified as GSmart MD800 ExpressCard.
