If it is set to 'Yes', all outgoing calls except emergency calls will be prohibited.
If it is set to 'Yes', all incoming calls will be restricted to answer.
If it is set to 'Yes', before accessing the Names menu, you will be asked for entering password.
Default password is 0000 but user can change it by using this feature.
Before accessing this function, you will be asked to enter password.
This option is used to set and change the PIN code.
The PIN code is used to protect your RUIM card from random using by others. If set to Enable,
access to your RUIM card will be restricted each time the phone is powered on.
If user enables the PIN, the phone will ask for PIN each time it is switched on. By default the
RUIM PIN is 1234.
The RUIM card will be locked after entering the PIN code incorrectly fifteen times in a row.
In this condition, phone will ask for PUK (PIN unlocking key), which is available from the service
provider.
This function includes the following options:
1. Dialled calls
2. Received calls
3. Phone book
4. Password setting
