Component Keys Description ▲ Type power in the taskbar search box, and then select Power and sleep settings. ‒ or - Right-click the Start button, and then select Power Options. Executes frequently used system functions when pressed in combination with the esc key, or the spacebar. Windows 7: Displays the Start menu. Windows 8.1: Returns you to the Start screen from an open app or the Windows desktop. NOTE: Pressing the Windows key again will return you to the previous screen. Windows 10: Opens the Start menu. NOTE: Pressing the Windows key again will close the Start menu. Execute frequently used system functions. Alternates between the navigational and numeric functions on the integrated numeric keypad. When num lock is on, it can be used like an external numeric keypad.
