Printer ITD cleaning 10 roller locking/ unlocking solenoid (SL1) ITD cleaning 11 roller locking/ unlocking solenoid (SL1) dc controller 12 PCB Are connector J674 on the NO sub-relay PCB and connector J227 on the dc controller PCB connected securely? Disconnect connector NO J674 of the solenoid, and measure the voltage between connectors J674- 1 (CLNRON) and J674-2 (+24 UH) on the harness YES side. Is it about 85Ω? Connect the connectors securely. Replace the ITD cleaning roller locking/unlocking (SL21) solenoid. Replace the dc controller PCB The following table may be useful in isolating repetitive image defects to the appropriate print engine part.
