A prompt appears where you can enter the billing code for an outgoing fax. When this feature is enabled, you can press the 1-2-3 buttons on the extension phone to cause the product to answer an incoming fax call. Sets the product to print the date, time, sender's phone number, and page number on each page of incoming faxes. Setting the Private Receive feature to On requires you to set a product password. After setting the password, the following options are set: ● The Private Receive feature is turned on. ● All old faxes are deleted from memory. ● Fax forwarding is set to Off and is not allowed to be changed. ● All incoming faxes are stored in memory. Confirm a fax number by entering it a second time. Sets whether incoming faxes are stored in memory for reprinting later. Sets the time, in seconds, after which the product should stop sounding the Fax/Tel audible ring to notify the user of an incoming voice call. Sets duplex printing as the default for faxes.
