2 Procedures Procedures to calibrate the flow of the leak valves in the feeder. The leak valves There are two leak valves mounted at the top of the air and vacuum chambers. They are used to regulate air and vacuum levels inside the chambers. home position calibration using the wizard in Print Care. a. On the press consolidated screen, select the Feeder. b. Under Wizards, select Vacuum and Air d. If the test results in Fail, touch Next to enter the Troubleshooting screen. 2. 8. Load 90 gsm gloss substrate into the feeder drawers 2 and 3. 9. In the FDT, go to the Air pressure calibration area to set the parameters and perform the calibration.
