2 Procedures Procedures to calibrate the flow of the leak valves in the feeder. The leak valves There are two leak valves mounted at the top of the air and vacuum chambers. They are used to regulate air and vacuum levels inside the chambers. Each valve is homed during the valve calibration routine, and this value is stored in the memory of the main feeder board. The valve position is also adjusted according to the substrate group. Substrate settings are also stored in the memory of the main feeder board.
