The Httpd Error Log is available on HP-UX directly but is visible in Windows and Linux by adding the httpd-error-log tag in the smhpd.xml file. You must have administrative access to HP SMH to access the Httpd Error Log. For HP SMH 3.x and later, it is possible to display the httpd error log in the HP SMH user interface using the smhconfig tool as follows: To enable displaying the error log: smhconfig -p or --httpd-error-log True To disable displaying the error log: smhconfig -p or --httpd-error-log False HP SMH must be restarted to apply the new configuration. To restart the HP SMH service: smhconfig -r To access the Httpd Error Log: Select Logs from the menu and click the Httpd Error Log link in the System Management Homepage box. Supported Languages HP SMH maintains PHP files that contain translated strings for supported languages. For each supported language, there is a file named log_messages.php in the data/htocs/lang/ directory, where lang is the two-letter suffix for a language. The log_messages.php files contain an array of translated message strings and arrays for translated severity levels.
