Message List Explanation 23.5 Volt Controller Failed: a voltage failure on the CMX controller board. 48 Volt Power Failed: an internal power failure. Access Null Pointer: The processor tried to access a pointer that contains nothing (null). Solution 1. Cycle Power. Run the print job again.
