Summary of changes to the Remote Management Interface (RMI) Please refer to the appropriate Tape Library user and service guide for detailed information about using the Remote Management Interface. There are changes on the following screens for the Fibre Channel version of this tape library: • Identity -> Drive screen • Status -> Drive screen • Configuration -> Drive screen • Identity -> Library screen The following screens show the MSL2024 tape library RMI interface. Similar information is displayed for the MSL4048 tape library, but there may be additional tape drives in this configuration. Identity-Drive screen Figure 3 Identity -> Drive screen Note the additional field that shows the WWide Node Name. Below this you will find the WWide Port Name and Port Type for each port that has been configured. The WW Node and Port Name will be slightly different.
