Stand Alone Software ThinPC ThinPC is a stand-alone software overlay, designed to run on top of a Windows XP operating system. This overlay hides the Windows OS, locking down the desktop PC for use in a server based computing environment. The user interface consists of a connection manager utility used to make RDP and/or ICA connections. ThinPC has been discontinued since January of 2008 and will reach EOSL status in January of 2009.
