Removing a Processor Module With a Processor Retaining Latch To remove a processor module that HAS a retaining latch: 1. Squeeze the two tabs on the outer edge of the processor retaining latch, as shown in Figure 3-6. Disengage the two retaining hooks from the other side of the processor ejector lever.
