To remove a ZIF cable from its connector, pull both ends of the ZIF cable guide clasp out of the sleeve about 0.05 - 0.1" (1 - 2 mm) , then gently slide the cable out . CAUTION: A ZIF connector and its attached cable can be easily damaged. Never pull or twist on the cable while it is connected. CAUTION: Ensure that cables are replaced in their proper location.
