Step 2
Plug the socket end of the power cable into the power cable
receptacle on the HCO. See Figure 22.
Step 3
Plug the other end of the power cable into a grounded outlet.
Step 4
Turn on the HCO power switch.

takes a few seconds for the HCO to perform power-up diagnostics.
