Verify the following: l the HCO interface cable is connected to the printer. l the HCO's power cable is plugged into a working power outlet. l The HCO's power switch is on. 2. Press clear. If the error message returns, cycle power on the printer and HCO. The HCO takes a few seconds to perform power-up diagnostics. 3. If the error message returns, call your HP service representative. HCO not ready
1. Verify the following:
the HCO interface cable is connected to
the printer.
the HCO’s power cable is plugged into a
working power outlet.
The HCO’s power switch is on.
2. Press clear.
If the error message returns, cycle power on
the printer and HCO. The HCO takes a few
seconds to perform power-up diagnostics.
3. If the error message returns, call your HP
service representative.
