NOTE: Always use 2 hands to carry the water tank. The convenient top-fill tank can be filled with a pitcher or at the faucet. For best results, use distilled water. HOW AND WHY TO USE DEMINERALIZATION CARTRIDGES The Homedics demineralization cartridge will help reduce the potential for white dust, a deposit of minerals left behind from using hard water in your humidifier. The cartridge should be replaced every 30-40 fillings. The cartridge may need to be replaced more often if you are using very hard water. 5

HOW AND WHY TO USE DEMINERALIZATION CARTRIDGES
The Homedics demineralization cartridge will help reduce the potential for white dust, a deposit
