Empty the fuel tank and carburetor. Fill the fuel tank with fresh, clean gasoline. Contact an authorized service center. Replace the auger v-belt. Tighten all fasteners. Replace the damaged parts. If vibration remains, contact an authorized service center. Make sure that the handles are locked into position. Tighten the nuts until the handle feels safe. Slowly pull out as much rope out of the starter as possible and release the recoil start handle. If the engine does not start, repeat the procedure or use the electrical starter. The recoil rope should not touch any wires or hoses. Adjust the cable. Adjust the belt. Check / replace the belt. Check / reinstall the belt. Clean the chute deflector. Remove the debris or the foreign object from the augers. Replace the broken shear pin. Remove snow and ice build up from in between track components. Contact an authorized service center. Adjust the drive belt. Adjust the discharge deflector. Start the engine. Check the wire connections at the engine and the lights. Replace the LED light module. Individual LEDs can not be replaced. 18 1272 - 003 - 09.08.2019

The engine idles or runs

The choke is in ON (FULL, OPEN) position.

Move the choke to OFF (CLOSE) po-

sition.

The fuel line is blocked.

Clean the fuel line.

There is water in the fuel or the fuel is too old.

Empty the fuel tank and carburetor.

Fill the fuel tank with fresh, clean

gasoline.

The carburetor needs to be replaced.

Contact an authorized service center.

The belt is stretched.

Replace the auger v-belt.

Excessive vibration / Han-

dle movement

Some parts are loose. The augers are dam-

aged.

Tighten all fasteners. Replace the

damaged parts. If vibration remains,

contact an authorized service center.

The handles are not positioned correctly.

Make sure that the handles are

locked into position.

The adjustment lever nuts are loose.

Tighten the nuts until the handle feels

safe.

The recoil start handle is

hard to pull

The recoil start handle is frozen.

Slowly pull out as much rope out of

the starter as possible and release

the recoil start handle. If the engine

does not start, repeat the procedure

or use the electrical starter.

The rope is interfering with components.

The recoil rope should not touch any

wires or hoses.

Loss of traction drive/

slowing of drive speed

Loss of snow discharge or

slowing of snow discharge

The belt slips.

Adjust the cable. Adjust the belt.

The belt is worn.

Check / replace the belt.

The belt is off the pulley.

Check / reinstall the belt.

The chute deflector is clogged.

ject from the augers.

Replace the LED light module. Indi-

vidual LEDs can not be replaced.
