2 Press or to select the V-Chip menu . The V-Chip menu opens. 3 Press or repeatedly to highlight Age, then press or to set the Age option to Child, Youth, Youth Adult, Adult, or Custom. Each Age setting changes the rating settings accordingly. 4 Press MENU or EXIT to close the menu. To custom set the Parental Control level: 1 Press the MENU button. The on-screen menu opens to the Audio menu. 2 Press or to select the V-Chip menu . The V-Chip menu opens. 3 Press or repeatedly to highlight Age, then press or to set the Age option to Custom. 4 To set the MPAA rating, press or repeatedly to highlight MPAA Rating, then press or to set the rating to G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17, X, or Off. 5 To set the TV rating, press or repeatedly to highlight PG Rating. The Rating window opens. 6 Press or to move to a rating, then press or , to block (B), or unblock (U) that rating. When you block a rating, that rating and all higher ratings are blocked. When you unblock a rating, that rating and all lower ratings are unblocked.
