NS-P3111 Compact Disc Player EMPHASIZING THE BASS SOUND • Set the BASS BOOST switch to the ON position. Note The bass boost performance will depend on the VOLUME control setting. USING THE HOLD SWITCH This switch prevents accidental button presses during Playback or Stop mode. Disable the function buttons (except for the CD Door Open switch) by setting the Hold switch to the ON position. TURNING THE POWER ON AND OFF This CD player has no ON/OFF switch. To turn the player on and off: • Turn the CD player on by pressing PLAY/PAUSE. - OR Turn off the CD player by pressing the STOP button. (Pressing the STOP button once puts the CD player into standby mode. Pressing the STOP button twice turns off the power.) Auto power-off function When the CD player is in standby mode (stopped for about 30 seconds), the power automatically turns off. www.Insignia-Products.com 9
