The load transient repetition rate shall be tested between 50Hz and 5kHz at duty cycles ranging from 10%-90%. The load transient repetition rate is only a test specification. "Sag" conditions are also commonly referred to as "brownout"; these conditions are defined as the AC line voltage dropping below nominal voltage conditions. "Surge" is defined to refer to conditions when the AC line voltage rises above nominal voltage. The power supply shall meet the requirements under the following AC line sag and surge conditions.
