Understanding the Beeps
The SG10T beeps to give you audio feedback when performing some
functions. For example, you hear a beep each time you scan a valid bar

Single long beep
Power-up

The scanner successfully scanned a bar code
Single fast beep
The scanner successfully scanned a compose bar code
(ASCII character or keyboard key in Code 39) in a
configuration procedure
Two beeps
The scanner successfully scanned a configuration bar
code
Three fast beeps
The scanner scanned an unexpected bar code while a
configuration procedure was in progress, meaning that
the procedure is not complete yet
