Control Pad Features READ THE iNSTRUCTiONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE OVEN. For satisfactory use of your oven, become familiar with the various features and functions of the oven as described below. Detailed instructions for each feature and function follow later in this Use & Care Guide. FLEX CLEAN PAD-- Used to select the Self-Cleaning cycle and Consumer Defined Control Features. CONVECTION LOWER OVEN PAD-- Used to select the lower ove n. UPPER OVEN PAD-- Used to select the ove n. WARM & HOLD PAD-- Used to set the Warm & Hold CONVERT-Used to select the Convection feature. MEAT PROBE Convert feature. SLOW COOK-- PAD--Used to Used for a slow set meat probe, cooking cycle. KITCHEN TIMER ON/OFF PAD -- Used to set or cancel the minute timer. The minute timer does not start or stop cooking. CAKES or BREADS PAD-Used to select the cakes or breads from a variety of food categories. ADD 1 MINUTE PAD-- Used to add 1 minute to the Timer Countdown. This feature works with the Kitchen Timer only and does not affect any cook time or start time functions. 0 THRU 9 NUMBER PADS -- Used to enter temperature and times. OVEN iNTERiOR LIGHT PAD-- Used to turn oven interior light ON and OFF. PREHEAT-Used to preheat the oven. OVEN COOK TiME CONVECTION BAKE-Used to select the I Convection BROIL PAD-Used to select the variable broil function, AIR GUARD PAD & PAD-- Used to enter i' Bake feature.
