Setting Oven Controls • • Setting the Clock Changing between 12 or 24 hour display Setting the Clock The CLOCK _-Q} pad is used to set the clock. The clock may be set for 12 or 24 hour time of day operation. The clock has been preset at the factory for the 12 hour operation. When the range is first plugged in, or when the power supply to the range has been interrupted, the timer in the display will flash the time of day (Fig. 1). This feature helps remove smoke and eliminates 85% of the odors generated when using your oven. If you wish to have Air Guard TM clean the oven exhaust once cooking has started, press the @ TM key. Note: The Air Guard TM indicator light will glow anytime the Air Guard manually turned offduring the Self-cleaning cycle. is active. Air Guard will turn on and cannot be 13

Air
Guard
TM
feature
Your appliance
