IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US IN WRITING OF SUCH DISPUTE WITHIN THE 180-DAY PERIOD, YOU WILL HAVE WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE THE BILL OR SUCH SERVICE(S) AND TO BRING AN ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS CASE REGARDING ANY SUCH DISPUTE. What Are My Rights for Dropped Calls or Interrupted Service? If you drop a call in your Coverage Area, redial. If it's answered within 5 minutes, call us within 45 days, and we'll give you a 1-minute airtime credit. Please be aware that these are your only rights for dropped calls or interrupted Service.
