Appendix A. Important safety instructions DANGER Electric current from power, telephone, and communication cables is hazardous. To avoid shock hazard, connect and disconnect cables as shown below when installing, moving, or opening the covers of this product or attached devices. If the 3-pin power cord is provided with this product, it must be used with a properly grounded outlet. To Connect Turn everything OFF. To Disconnect Turn everything OFF. First, attach all cables to devices. Attach the signal cables to the receptades Attach the power cord to an outlet. First, remove the power cord from the outlet.
