Using printer menus PPDS Menu Use the PPDS Menu to change printer settings that only affect jobs using the PPDS emulation printer language. Note: The PPDS MENU is only displayed after the PPDS emulator has been activated. This menu item is only displayed when Tray 2 is installed. Off* Tray 2 Prints text and graphics parallel to the short edge of the paper Prints text and graphics parallel to the long edge of the paper The printer sets the amount of space between each line (vertical line spacing) based on the Lines per Inch, Lines per Page, Paper Size, and Orientation menu items.
