Printhead errors If the "Before you troubleshoot" checklist does not solve the problem, then try the following: REMOVE AND REINSERT THE PRINTHEAD 1 Open the front door of the printer, and then open the printhead access door. 2 Pull the latch forward, and then remove the printhead.
