If "YES" is selected in the previous step to enable the power saving function, the hard disk drive will at once be powered off temporarily to achieve better power saving performance. 5. In the meanwhile the hard disk drive is powered off, any application installed in the hard disk drive will not be able to be activated, and any accessing operation from the hard disk drive will also not be allowed. 6. Any attempt to access the hard disk drive may bring the pop-up Error Message shown on the screen. Simply select Cancel or Enter to skip the Error Message. 7. Be aware of that the solid state disk will be the main storage device dealing with all the accessing tasks while the ECO and Hybrid Storage Power Saving function is enabled. 8. To power on the hard disk drive, simply press the Fn and F10 buttons repeatedly until the ECO and Hybrid Storage Power Saving function is disabled. 9. Note that it may take a while to power on the hard disk drive afresh. 10. Read the icon on behalf of the ECO Power Saving function and Hybrid Storage Power Saving function appearing on the display to learn the power saving function status.
