If you experience Possible Causes Solution Washer not performing as expected (cont.) Not enough water in washer (cont.) Load not completely covered in water. Run clean washer cycle to optimize the water level and wash (cont.) performance. Both hoses must be attached and have water flowing to inlet valve. Both hot and cold water faucets must be turned on. Check that inlet valve screens have not become clogged. Add only one or two additional garments after washer is started. Do not add more water to the washer. Not using HE detergent or using Only use HE detergent. To remove suds, cancel the cycle. Select DRAIN & SPIN cycle and the Extra Rinse option. Touch and hold START/PAUSE button. Do not add more detergent.
