9.8 Remote access Remote access allows you to operate your answering machine and listen to your messages by calling your IT6 from another phone. The default setting is Activated. 1. Call your IT6. When you hear your outgoing message, press #. 2. Enter your 4 digit PIN. The default code is 0000. - You hear a confirmation beep. NOTE Change this code for increased security, see "PIN" on page 33. 3. After entering your PIN as stated above, use the keypad to operate your IT6 answering machine. Using your Answering Machine

Remote access
Remote access allows you to operate your answering machine and listen to your messages
by calling your IT6 from another phone.
The default setting is

Call your IT6. When you hear your outgoing message, press #.
