The message center lets you compose and send text messages. A flashing cursor shows where text will appear: Flashing cursor indicates insertion point. Msg: CANCEL M BROWSE Press BROWSE (+) to view and insert a quick note. Press CANCEL (-) to exit without making changes. Press M to open the sub-menu. When you enter text using the standard tap method, the flashing cursor changes to a block cursor, and the soft key functions change: Block cursor Press indicates Msg: OK (+) current T to accept highlighted and store character. DELETE M OK the text. After two seconds, the block cursor reverts to a flashing cursor and moves to the next position. Press DELETE (-) to delete the character to the left of the insertion point.
