Initial Setup M > Settings > Other Settings > Initial Setup Set many basic phone options: Time and Date Set the phone's time and date. Auto PIN Dial Some networks require an authenticating PIN code to allow outgoing calls. Use this feature to automatically dial your PIN. Auto Redial Use this option to turn on or turn off the automatic redial feature. When you turn on automatic redial, your phone automatically redials calls that fail due to busy network conditions. See page 27. Backlight Set the amount of time that the display backlight remains on, or turn off the backlight to conserve battery power. 55
