Status Messages Message Description PIN Blocked Call Your Provider The incorrect PIN was entered 3 consecutive times. You will be unable to place or receive calls on your phone. Contact Customer Care to have them obtain the PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) code. Insert SIM Your SIM card is not being detected.
