Possible Cause Power adapter not connected The unit is in Standby mode No/Low Volume The connected device is not in payback mode Sound output of the device weak Possible Solution Connect the adapter Press STANDBY/ SOURCE on the unit or press the on remote control to turn on the unit. Raise volume level by pressing the VOL + button. Try pressing the MUTE button on the remote. Play the music/movie in the connected device Raise volume level of the connected device Symptom Remote control not working AUX IN not working No response from Bluetooth source Possible Cause Possible Solution The batteries in the Replace with new remote control are battery exhausted Wrong source is selected Press the STANDBY/ SOURCE button until indicator turns violet (AUX IN) Wrong source is selected The unit is connected with another Bluetooth device The connected device is Deactivated Press the STANDBY/ SOURCE button until indicator turns Blue Disconnect from the other device and try again Activate the connected device and start the playback Page 17 Naxa Electronics
