Chapter 16 Stacking Commands This section describes the stacking commands available in the 7200RS Series Stackable Switch CLI. The Stacking Commands section includes the following topics: • Section 16.1 "Dedicated Port Stacking" on page 1 • Section 16.2 "Front Panel Stacking Commands" on page 10 The commands in this section are in one of two functional groups: • Show commands display switch settings, statistics, and other information. • Configuration commands configure features and options of the switch. For every configuration command, there is a show command that displays the configuration setting. Note: The Primary Management Unit is the unit that controls the stack. 16.1 Dedicated Port Stacking This section describes the commands you use to configure stacking. 16.1.1 stack This command sets the mode to Stack Global Config.
