Upgrading the Router Software The software of the WGR101 wireless travel router is stored in FLASH memory, and can be upgraded as new software is released by NETGEAR. Note: The web browser used to upload new firmware into the WGR101 wireless travel router must support HTTP uploads. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above. Do not interrupt the upgrade process once it has started. Note: Product updates are available on the NETGEAR Web site at http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/WGR101.asp. Note: When uploading software to the WGR101 wireless travel router, it is important not to interrupt the Web browser by closing the window, clicking a link, or loading a new page. If the browser is interrupted, it may corrupt the software. When the upload is complete, your router will automatically restart. Upgrading the Router Software
