Using Exposure Compensation in Scene Mode Exposure compensation is used to alter exposure from the value selected by the camera. Choose from values between -2.0 EV and +2.0 EV. Negative values produce darker pictures, positive values brighter pictures. To choose a value for exposure compensation, select a scene ( 27-29) and follow the steps below. 1 2 Display scene menu. 3 Highlight (Exp. +/-). 4 Display exposure compensation menu. Choose value for exposure compensation. 5 6 Select and exit to scene menu. Return to previously-selected scene. Exposure compensation is used to alter exposure from the value selected by the
camera.
Choose from values between –2.0 EV and +2.0 EV.
Negative values pro-
