Recording Movies Autofocus Mode D (Movie) M F (Movie menu) M Autofocus mode Choose how the camera focuses with recording movies. Option A Single AF (default setting) B Full-time AF Description Focus is locked when the shutter-release button is pressed. Camera focuses continuously during movie recording. To prevent sound of camera focusing from interfering with recording, use of Single AF is recommended. Electronic VR D (Movie) M F (Movie menu) M Electronic VR Choose whether to use electronic VR (vibration reduction) when shooting movies. This option can be enabled when Movie options (A 121) is set to I TV movie 640 or S Small size 320. When N HD 720p (default setting) is selected, the vibration reduction function is disabled and Electronic VR is locked at Off. Option On Off (default setting) Description Reduce the effects of camera shake in all movie modes. Disable electronic VR. When electronic VR is enabled, its icon is displayed in the monitor (A 11).
