Using the Zoom When you press the multi selector HI, the zoom lens position changes. • To zoom in: Press H. • To zoom out: Press I. When you turn the camera on, the zoom moves to the maximum wide-angle position. • A zoom indicator is displayed on the shooting screen when the multi selector HI is pressed. Zoom in Zoom out • Digital zoom, which allows you to further magnify the subject up to approximately 4× the maximum optical zoom ratio, can be activated by pressing H when the camera is zoomed in to the maximum optical zoom position.
