If the speed settings and/or incline settings are too high or too low, you can change the intensity level of the program at any time by pressing the increase and decrease buttons beside the User button to change the target heart rate setting or the maximum target heart rate setting. To stop the program at any time, press the Stop button. To restart the program, press the Start button. The walking belt will begin to move at 1 mph. When the console compares your heart rate to the target heart rate setting for the current segment of the program, the speed and/or incline of the treadmill will automatically change to bring your heart rate closer to the target heart rate setting. 7 Select a display mode and follow your progress with the exercise information on the screen.
