Problem This unit does not change to Playback mode. Files cannot be played back. Playback Check points ≥ When this unit is recording, "Image App" cannot change to Playback mode. ≥ If a high-quality motion picture is copied to a smartphone, it may not be able to be played back on the smartphone. (l 33) Problem When connected by the USB cable, this unit is not detected by the PC. When the USB cable is disconnected, an error message will appear on the PC. With a PC Check points ≥ If this unit is turned off, the PC does not detect it. (The PC starts charging the battery.) ≥ After re-inserting the microSD card into this unit, reconnect the supplied USB cable. ≥ Select another USB terminal on the PC. ≥ Check the operating environment. (l 40, 43) ≥ Connect the supplied USB cable again after restarting the PC and turning on this unit again. ≥ When using a Wi-Fi connection, even if you connect this unit to the PC, it does not detect this unit as a card reader/web camera. To resolve the problem, terminate the Wi-Fi connection, and disconnect and reconnect the supplied USB cable.
