Power Shooting Question Why doesn't the power turn on? Why is the battery pack consumed so quickly even after it was fully recharged? Why doesn't recharging end? Why does the icon appear? Why is the status indicator lit red? Why doesn't the flash operate? Answer Due to cold temperatures, the battery pack temporarily lost its power. The ambient temperature is very low. The battery pack life has expired. The battery pack life has expired. The remaining battery pack power is low. A recorded file is being saved on the card or built-in memory. The camera has determined that the image is bright enough and the flash is not necessary. Action Place the camera in your pocket to warm it up before using it. Keep the battery pack in an environment of 10 to 35 °C (50 to 95 °F). If a battery becomes depleted quickly even after it was sufficiently charged, it should be assumed that the battery has reached the end of its service life. Please replace it with a new battery.
