L When callers leave messages, the unit records the day and time of each message. Make sure the date and time have been set (page 20). Memory capacity The total recording capacity (including your greeting message, caller messages, and voice memos) is about 60 minutes. A maximum of 99 messages (including a greeting message) can be recorded. L If the message memory becomes full, the ANSWER ON indicator flashes rapidly (if the answering system is turned on). To record additional messages, erase unnecessary messages (page 52). L If less than 10 minutes of recording time are available, the unit announces the remaining recording time when operating the answering system. L Messages are retained even if a power failure occurs. Turning the answering system on ^ Press {LINE SELECT} repeatedly to select the desired line(s). i {ANSWER ON} L The ANSWER ON indicator lights. Turning the answering system off Press {ANSWER ON}.
