" Using the Caller List Storing Caller List Information in the Directory You can store numbers that are in the Caller List in the directory. Make sure the handset is in the standby mode. 1 Lift the handset off the base unit and press (›) or (‹) to enter the Caller List. 2 Press (›) or (‹) repeatedly to find the caller you want to store in the directory.
